BBA 315 Inc, Is an afterschool youth sports company active in more than a dozen states nationwide.

We are currently seeking individuals with a passion for sports and a strong background in working with youth to lead our exciting afterschool sports programs.

If you have a proven track record in the world of sports and are adept at inspiring and motivating young minds, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to create a positive impact on the lives of children by fostering their athletic abilities and encouraging teamwork.

Hours would be directly after school starting at 2:15pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. Instructional sessions are between 1 and 1.5 hours. Pay is per session and depends on experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sports coaching or related fields, with a strong emphasis on working with youth.
A deep understanding of various sports and their rules, as well as the ability to teach fundamental techniques effectively.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with and motivate young participants.
Passionate about instilling values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.
Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all program participants.
First aid and CPR certified
Pass a background check

- required by the district

Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Organize and execute engaging afterschool sports programs tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
Provide expert guidance and coaching to enhance participants' athletic performance and fundamental skills.
Cultivate a fun and safe environment where young individuals can develop both their sporting abilities and character.
Collaborate with a supportive team to plan and implement innovative sportsrelated activities and events.
Be prompt with your arrival
Take attendance and be responsible for the children until they are picked up by their parents
