The RadioOnkologieNetzwerk is a dynamic and family-oriented company with currently around 750 employees.

Our nationwide network of practices is one of the largest providers of radiation therapy in Germany and currently includes a hospital for basic and standard care, 24 radiation therapy practices, two internal oncology specialty practices, and one surgical practice.

The IT infrastructure (medical technology and networks) for all locations of our medical centers is centrally managed by the IT department based in Aalen.

Exceptional challenges require exceptional talents. We are looking for apprentices for the position of Digitalization Management Assistant (m/f/d) for the training year 2024.


Your training at RON IT:

  • We will work together to provide you with a solid foundation for your professional career, and you can count on the support of your trainer and colleagues throughout your entire training period.
  • You can expect a diverse, challenging, and interesting training program of 3 years, which can be shortened due to good performance.

What you will learn during your training:

  • You will actively work in IT system administration in 1st and 2nd level support.
  • You will learn all the basics in areas such as Windows Server, Windows AD, networks, firewalls, and IT security.
  • You will procure software and hardware components.
  • You will negotiate contracts with external service providers and manage them.
  • You will independently develop new IT solutions.
  • You will conduct IT process analyses and actively participate in their digitalization and automation.
