Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls using a progressive and preview dialer
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to pay outstanding balance
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by leveraging active listening
• Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way in the database
• Meet personal and team monthly collection goals

Skills:

• Previous work experience in collections 1st part or 3rd party
• Commision based sales background may be considered in lieu of collections expereince
• Track record of achieving collection / sales goals
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Requirements:

• Availability for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am and 7pm
