Server Assistant Job Description
Leon's Oyster Shop in downtown Charleston, SC is seeking a hardworking, committed, experienced, and driven Server Assistant to join our team.
Leon's opened in 2014 and was named as one of Bon Appetit's 50 Best New Restaurants, Eater's Best New Restaurants, and by Southern Living as one of the Best New Restaurants in the South.
We are an oyster bar on the surface, but so much more: we serve fried chicken, seafood, seasonal salads and vegetables.
We want server assistants that like being part of a busy, fast paced restaurant while also keeping a high level of service for our guests.
Must love good food, great craft cocktails, champagne, soul music, and old school spots.
We have a great team of server assistants that must work extremely well together as a team to ensure we are producing a great experience and providing our guests with top quality service.
More over, we want someone on the floor with a big, warm personality, who can make every guest feel like they have known him/her for years and will have the guests coming back for more.

Shift:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
