    Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer for our client in the Manufacturing domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Permanent position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

    Duration: Full-time

    Location: Austin MN (Hybrid)

    Role: Systems Engineer

    Primary Skills: Systems Engineering

    Role Description: As a Systems Engineer you must have at least 5+ years of experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Architect, implement, and manage enterprise network wireless and switching environment(s) and services used throughout the company, in subsidiaries, production and warehouse locations.

    Administer and maintain business critical enterprise wireless and switching environment(s) and services used throughout the company in subsidiaries, production plants, and warehouse locations.

    Provide wireless/switching Level 3 support issue/problem resolution of business-critical infrastructure environment(s) and services.

    Provide project management of medium and large network related projects across the enterprise.

    Processes, interprets, identifies, and communicates the daily changes that occur with customers' compliance manuals, routing guides and general information.

    Analyzes and supports the credit or collections of customer chargeback issues.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field or 5 - 7 years' experience engineering, deploying, and supporting enterprise network communications systems

    Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and strong troubleshooting experience, including wireless and switched networking

    Advanced technical experience in Wireless and switching architecture and administration

    Pattern of initiative and technical innovation, proven problem solving, decision making and project management skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

    Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

    Relocation: This position will cover relocation expenses

    Travel: No

    Local Preferred: Yes

    Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
