Description

The Quality Auditor will be responsible for attending/auditing telecommunication sites (Central Office) where they will ensure completed builds (both upgrades and new installations, active and passive elements) have been installed/constructed in accordance with the site design and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Applies both Customer and Industry Standards / Practices, understands documentation of the

National Electric Code, and other industry standard documents.

Ensures engineering specification, assignments, and job drawings are in accordance with

specifications and that proper documentation is provided.

Audits installation workmanship to ensure accuracy.
Develops a list of variances for correction and verifies completed corrections per company standards.

Excellent communication & good judgment.

Customer service skills.
Interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

High School plus specialized training.
3-5 years' experience as an auditor in Telecommunications, specifically in a Central Office environment.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Valid US Driver's License
Knowledge of Telecommunications equipment installation.
Knowledge of equipment installation, detail engineering, Telcordia standards
