Position Overview:
As a Purchasing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory.
You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to procurement supplier communication, order processing, inventory management, and data entry.
Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in quantities, specifications, and pricing.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to confirm order details, track shipments, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is a MUST
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
