CNC MACHINING CENTER OPERATOR 1st SHIFT

Job Summary:


Our CNC Machining Center Operators are responsible for ensuring that all job orders are machined to specification, and that all parts are inspected upon completion before the next step in the process can take place.


Requirements:


  • CNC Machining Center control setup, operate and adjust independently
  • Ability to update and create simple programs
  • Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools and fixtures
  • Ability to use measuring tools
  • Ability to hold fabrication tolerances at +/.001 (or better)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
  • Creativity and excellent problemsolving skills
  • 2 years of previous CNC Machining operation experience preferred
