Employee (m/f/d) Technical Troubleshooting for Business Customers:

Your new position:

In your role, you will handle the acceptance, processing, documentation, and monitoring of incidents for private and business customers in the 1st and 2nd level
You will ensure compliant technical advice and support for customers and accompany any occurring incidents
Additionally, you will ensure existing service level agreements and operational level agreements
You will monitor the quality of the troubleshooting process and identify potential for improvement. This also includes providing feedback to upstream departments and external partners
As a skilled communicator (m/f/d), you will manage external service providers in escalation cases
Furthermore, you will act as an interface to other departments
You will independently initiate and monitor escalations and workarounds
You impress us with your willingness to take on higherlevel specialized tasks, including within projects
You are willing to work according to a shift schedule
