The Hospes Team GmbH realizes, manages and designs trade fair stands for companies from various industries and of different sizes. Since 2004, Hospes Team GmbH has been implementing 3-dimensional marketing trade fair stands, events, showrooms and all types of product presentations, always on the side of the customers. In order to fully meet the wishes of our customers, we consist of a lean core team of experienced project managers and office organization. Thanks to our good network, we are able to work together with specialists on site according to the specific needs. In addition to trade fair appearances throughout Germany and Europe, we have also completed projects overseas for our clients, including numerous well-known companies.

We are looking for you to support our team as

Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Office communication with external partners
• Booking of travel arrangements for employees
• Supplier management and monitoring
• Support in accounting and administrative tasks
• Organization of internal events

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as good MS Office knowledge
• Experience with merchandise management systems (e.g. Lexware)
