    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Assist in the selection and underwriting of construction, bridge loans, and NMTC loans.

    Assist in identifying credit-enhanced construction and/or permanent loans using FHA and GSE programs.

    Prepare and compile investment memos and related materials for Committee and Board review and approval.

    Prepare data, reports, project profiles, and web and general communications content to help showcase project impacts.

    Help manage the closing process; and ensure overall compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

    Stay current on federal housing policies and programs, including GSEs, and the CDFI Fund NMTC program. Help prepare our NMTC application to the CDFI Fund.

    Work on the development of new initiatives and programs as assigned and develop relationship within the relevant investment community.

    Participate in regular investment staff meetings.

    Other duties as assigned.
