About us:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at St. Charles.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing product approvals and pre-series production until series maturity.

You will also work collaboratively to develop and improve structures and processes.

Your role will involve planning and managing our development projects, including tasks such as facilitating kick-offs, defining project teams and goals, managing resources, creating and coordinating schedules, monitoring project progress (costs, technology, and timelines), ensuring transparency and prioritization, managing changes and risks, and leading or coordinating customer communication.
