Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a surface caretaker (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH in the Mainz / Darmstadt region.
Your tasks:

You are the first and regular contact person on site for our customers and tenants and carry out inspections including preventive fire protection
This includes monitoring compliance with legal and technical regulations, occupational and operational safety, as well as accident and fire protection
In addition to proper use, you monitor the technical condition of work equipment and tools, carry out minor repairs if necessary, or coordinate and delegate them
You take on the planning, preparation, monitoring and result control of work processes and manage the building technicians and other service providers on site
You implement customer requests and fault reports promptly, taking into account both customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness
You document the results of inspection rounds and work carried out (own and external services) on your tablet

Your profile:

You have a high school diploma and ideally a successfully completed apprenticeship in a manual or electrical field
In addition to manual dexterity, you also have technical understanding
