We are looking for a

Project Manager for Cable Laying (m/f/d), Berlin from 05/2023

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact and technical responsibility for assigned work packages
  • Independent organization and execution of tasks
  • Budget and CAPEX planning
  • Creation of framework and detailed schedules
  • Development of a risk register
  • Continuous identification and updating of new risks
  • Monitoring and reassessment of risks
  • Implementation of document management processes according to client's requirements
  • Support for contract management in close coordination with project procurement, project controlling, risk management, and schedule planning
  • All work is to be carried out in close coordination with the overall project management, project managers, and approval control or the responsible technical department.
  • Participation in tender and award procedures
  • Representation of assigned technical tasks of the project internally and externally
  • Leading and monitoring of schedules in terms of compliance with contractually owed services of other trades, costs (budget/forecast), and quality requirements in the work
