- Lead CTO's agile portfolio and delivery management function and teams.
- Guide and influence the execution of the technology strategy via agile principles.
- Lead technology workforce management across all Agile teams within the organization.
- Provide functional guidance on workforce management strategies for agile teams, including embedded technology teams, where relevant.
- Partner with CIOs and key leaders to set and manage multi-year forecast.
- Responsible for the delivery and reporting of accountability metrics or OKRs within the business unit and with other groups such as VMO, etc.
- Ensure the effective execution of business area activities relative to audit, compliance, resource management, engagement, and work environment.
- Direct experience managing and leading agile teams, and cross collaborating with other technology organizations.
- Fluency in multiple Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework, with proven expertise in scaling and delivery across teams
- Proficiency in multiple Agile delivery toolchains including Jira, Jira Align, and Miro.
- Business acumen and functional expertise at the level of a recognized contributor within the Enterprise.
- Maintains broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles/theory and stays current on advancements within the field.
- Forward thinking, researching industry trends to anticipate customer needs and/or business opportunities/challenges that will deliver enterprise outcomes.
- Strong ability to provide guidance, leadership, and influence across enterprise/functions.
- Shares knowledge internally & externally, builds the community and raises technical/business acumen of the team.
