- Manage all digital learning resources working with various units and practice groups throughout the year for budget projections, translations, updates to documents, removals, & new materials.
- Develops and implement organizationwide training, guides, and materials on language policies and resources.
- Manage, develop, and oversee vendor relationship, and create guides for translation best practices.
- Oversee RFP process to propose new vendors for agency for use.
- Maintain and update multiple publications databases and spreadsheets.
- Develop protocols, processes, tracking, and templates for publications development including layout, design, branding, formatting documents in RTF/PDF/Word and making accessible.
- Analyze google analytics for performance/metrics, and work closely with the practice groups/units to give suggestions on resources.
- Manage publication liaison committee discussing revised/new publications, analytics, strategy ideas, accessibility, web updates, organizations to reach out to for promotion while working closely with Communications team on strategy.
- Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to develop strategies for promotion of publications on social media & engagement with other organizations.
- Work closely with the Communications Director and Communications Specialist to develop strategies for promoting publications in the newsletter, featured stories, & new pages on the website.
- Work closely with the Web & Graphic Designer to develop strategies for promoting publications & resources on the website.
- Manage the translations budget, ensure vendor payment, & grant reporting for analytics.
- Manage & track past webinar/conference resources working with various units and practice groups throughout the year on updates, & when to remove.
- Develop & provide training to staff, presenters, and zoom operators for best practices for operating zoom for webinars/conferences while ensuring accessibility and best practices for utilizing interpreters including ASL interpreters.
- Manage the Zoom committee and test out new Zoom features that impact users. Inform Zoom committee members of any major Zoom updates.
- Work closely with the Communications team to develop protocols, processes, tracking, and templates for conducting online events/conferences.
- Develop strategies for improving how the public attains the information, processes/procedures, promotion of the webinars/conferences/prerecorded informational videos to the public/other organizations.
- Report analytics for past recorded events.
- Assist in managing ASL vendor relationship & supporting sending out videos for interpretation.
- Stay current on web conferencing technology and make recommendations if changes are needed.
- Act as liaison to other units within the agency, upon request.
- Schedule meetings and conference calls for Communications Unit staff.
- Participate in offsite outreach to minority and underserved communities.
- Provide assistance to staff with disabilities, as needed.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Digital Learning Project Manager, working closely with the Communications Director, is responsible for managing DRC's self-advocacy resource (publications) library which include information fact sheets, and manuals, and manage DRC's upcoming/past webinars & conferences that aid the public in knowing their rights, and how to advocate for themselves and others.
This position also works closely with the Communications team to increase visibility of DRC's public facing resources (publications, fact sheets, webinars/conferences, etc.).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Learning Project Manager essential functions include:
Self-Advocacy Resources (Publication Language Access & Translations) - 60%
Work closely with all the units/practice groups and manage our self-advocacy resources (publications) library of fact sheets & manuals ensuring content is current, easy to understand, easy to find on the website, and translated into various languages.
Work closely with all the units/practice groups and manage our library of upcoming events/past event ensuring the Communications team has materials needed to create registration pages & when events need to be removed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university; plus four (4) years similar professional experience; additional four (4) or more years of related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
