- As Market Development Representatives, they collaborate with independent dealers to advocate and sell products to builders, developers, contractors, and homeowners.

- Wolf provides comprehensive sales and product training programs that facilitate career advancement and acknowledge outstanding performance.
- Wolf offers a competitive salary with commission, along with provisions like a vehicle, phone, computer, and business expense reimbursement.
- Promote company products and collaborate closely with Territory Managers.
- Engage in dealer sales calls when necessary. Drive sales promotions, marketing, and merchandising for WOLF Home Products customers.
- Conduct field product introduction visits to contractors, architects, and builders on behalf of our dealer network in the market.
- Organize and take part in market blitzes for all WOLF Home Products.
- Participate in trade shows and contractor events, as well as contribute to dealer training sessions.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to fulfill all account objectives and requirements.
- Effectively convey and present the value proposition of WOLF according to customer needs.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating professional, courteous, respectful, and ethical conduct with customers, colleagues, and superiors.
- (R) Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays for company gatherings or training sessions.
- (R) High School Diploma or GED.
- (D) College degree or relevant work background.
- (R) Proficiency in computer and software usage.
- (D) Familiarity with social media platforms.
