Job qualifications:
- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problemsolving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- Background check and references required
- Friday. Occasional weekends and evenings may be required during heavy work periods along with the opportunity for overtime pay.
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
