    Lotus House Women's Shelter is an organization located in Miami, FL, dedicated to improving the lives of homeless women, youth, and children. Our mission is to provide sanctuary, support, education, tools, and resources that empower individuals to heal, learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinical Psychologist. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting adult psychological testing, providing mental health services, and offering clinical supervision as needed. The role will involve direct patient care, treatment planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

    Qualifications

    • Expertise in psychology and counseling psychology
    • Experience in conducting psychological testing and providing mental health services
    • Ability to offer clinical supervision and guidance as needed
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment approaches
    • Experience working with diverse populations, including homeless individuals
    • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Florida
    • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
