Job Summary: This role involves overseeing therapist documentation, providing direct care and psychological therapies to patients, offering in-service training, and supervising interns and students in psychological treatments and assessments.

Job Specific Duties:

• Ensure quality and completeness of therapist documentation
• Demonstrate evidence-based outcomes in psychological treatment programs
• Complete initial psychosocial evaluations and treatment plans
• Provide psychological therapies and evaluations
• Offer in-service training to staff, interns, and students
• Supervise intern and student activities
• Review and complete ongoing documentation for treatment goals
• Schedule patient appointments promptly
• Complete outpatient charges efficiently

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Psychology
• Crisis Prevention Institute certification
• CPR HEART certification
• Background Check And Affidavit of Good Moral Character
• State of Florida Clinical Psychologist License
• APA/CPA accredited doctoral internship
• ABPP board eligible
• Experience in Individual and Family Therapy/Pediatric Psychology and Clinical Supervision

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to formulate and evaluate psychological treatment plans
• Effective communication skills in English
• Confidentiality and sensitivity in handling information
• Competency in psychological assessments and reporting
