Job Description

We are seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our team You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

· Source, screen, recruit, and interview potential employees

· Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants to determine match

· Records additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other data pertinent to selection and referral of applicants into Resource system

· Reviews job orders and matches applicants with job requirements

· Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information. Refers selected applicants to person placing job order, according to policy of organization

· On-board and train new employees

Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Verify Weekly time records
Maintain timekeeping system
Attend Daily / Weekly Meetings

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications to include but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,

High School Diploma, or GED required.
At least three years of college education; or the equivalent amount of education and work experience

· Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.

· Update and turn in reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

· Complete, Assist and Communicate Worker's Compensation Procedures for Injuries/Illness in the workplace.

· Work on-call, and afterhours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if clients request are not met.

· Perform other duties as requested.
