    Position Description: Position Summary:We are seeking an Onsite Recruiter for a manufacturing facility to manage the recruitment process across our Raleigh and Greensboro, NC locations. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring that the staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid position requires a presence in the office at least three days a week and occasional travel between Raleigh and Greensboro.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Core Duties:
      • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
      • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure a seamless hiring process.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislation relevant to the hiring process.
    • Support Functions:
      • Design job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of roles.
      • Source candidates through various channels, including job databases, social media, and professional networks.
      • File and manage recruitment paperwork efficiently.
    • Interpersonal Engagement:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and new hires.
      • Work closely with department heads and management to identify future hiring needs and ensure alignment with staffing strategies.
    • Technical and Administrative Tasks:
      • Manage timekeeping for new recruits and existing staff.
      • Travel periodically between Raleigh and Greensboro to meet recruitment needs and manage on-site recruitment activities.
    • Flexibility for Role-Specific Tasks:
      • Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the changing needs of the organization and the labor market.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the manufacturing sector; experience with full-cycle recruiting required.
    • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for hiring.
    • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel periodically between Raleigh and Greensboro as needed.
