Responsibilities:


  • Leverage client, proprietary, and public data to identify insights and trends for the CAS Portfolio Strategy, Analytics, and Consulting team.
  • Develop comparative economic models for lease financials and real estate/occupancy projects for the CAS team.
  • Collect, organize and analyze real estate market data, tenant occupancy, and lease terms.
  • Organize and clean clientprovided data (primarily Excel) for analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct market research and analyze real estate transactions to advise the CAS team on optimal pricing strategies and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals and internal teams to provide project guidance.
  • Generate regular reports for internal tracking and client communication.
  • Identify and integrate new data sources to enhance products and services.
  • Support client meetings and presentations.

Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:


  • Financial Modeling (Excel): Proficient in building and manipulating complex financial models using Excel.
  • 2 3 years of lease analysis and commercial real estate experience.
  • Lease Analysis &

Real Estate Market Research:
Strong understanding of lease terms, real estate market trends, and research methodologies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Data Analysis & Attention to Detail: Meticulous with data organization, analysis, and ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Analytical &

Research Skills:
Highly analytical with strong research skills to gather, interpret, and draw insights from data.

  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and PowerBI, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently and manage projects while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
