SUMMER CAMP COORDINATOR DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Concentration and focus on weekly on-site Art Summer Camps, with the age groups of 5-10yrs.
• Maintains a safe environment for children attending the Summer Camps.
• Maintains an orderly appearance in the facility.
• Organizes and conducts fun, entertaining, and educational activities for the children.
• Ensures that policies and rules of the studio are enforced by supervision of the children and coordination with other staff members.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and prepares requisitions for supplies and equipment for the Summer camps.
• Complies with studio pick up/drop off procedures
• Properly reports accidents and injuries in a timely manner. Will report any injury to the parents of the participant.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Other duties, as needed

REQUIRED:
Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs.

Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift

Flexible schedule with availability during weekdays and weekends

Experience working in a kid friendly environment

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Knowledge of:
Principles and practices of job site safety, potential job hazards, and state and local regulations
Basic computer programs

Skill and / or Ability to:
Use computers and technology capabilities
Demonstrate proficiency and knowledge in area(s) of expertise

Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism.

Effectively and productively engage with others and establish trust, credibility, and confidence
