    Exciting Opportunity for Litigation Paralegal – Liability Defense at Multistate Law Firm

    Location: Garden City, New York

    We are seeking:

    • Experienced litigation paralegal to join our team
    • Candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in liability defense
    • Highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player

    Responsibilities include:

    • Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
    • Conducting legal and factual research
    • Compiling and analyzing medical records
    • Communicating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
    • Assisting in case preparation for mediation, arbitration, and trial
    • Maintaining law library and recording billable hours accurately

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    • Paralegal Certificate; Associate degree preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing demands
