$500.00 Sign On Bonus

$75,000-$85,000 (depends on experience)

NO BILLABLE HOURS NO REQUIRED CASE LOAD

Fulltime:
Day hours 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, days are flexible

Job Summary:
This position will work with children with developmental disabilities and co-occurring psychiatric diagnosis, in a residential environment. This position includes completing functional behavior assessments, creating behavioral plans, and providing consultation to a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities:
Oversee implementation of PBIS and tiered system and provide data-driven feedback on implementation strategies.

Assist in staff trainings related to PBIS, PBIS tiered interventions, Pyramidal Behavioral Skills Training.

Conduct treatment fidelity assessments to ensure proper implementation of the behavior support plan.

Develop data collection systems and behavior support programs for individuals .

Training caregivers on positive behavioral strategies.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.

Licensed or licensed eligible as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA).

Certified or eligible for BCBA certification.
