Description

The Schwarz IT KG is responsible for the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications as the central IT service provider for Lee Acres. This includes providing IT services for Kaufland, Lidl, and Schwarz Dienstleistung KG. In order to support the business processes of the departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements from the departments through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

You will become the contact person for our departments and advise them on IT-related matters in the field of corporate learning
You will support the conceptualization of new and innovative solutions in the area of corporate learning
You will be involved in international projects within the entire Schwarz Group (Lidl, Kaufland, PreZero, Production) and continuously develop yourself through increasing responsibilities
You will be responsible for the operational management of parts of our learning management systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and provide support in case of any issues

Your Profile

You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or business administration, or have a comparable education with several years of professional experience
You have an understanding of IT and are open to new technologies
You are
