General Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to ensure effective dissemination of organizational messages, updates, and initiatives to employees.
  • Coordinate with department heads and key stakeholders to gather information and insights for communication materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals and values.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and events tailored to the needs of employees.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and metrics analysis.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate crossfunctional communication and collaboration related to training initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on internal communication tools and training programs as needed.

Requirements:


Qualifications
Listed below are the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform this role. These qualifications are necessary for someone to be considered for this position.

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, education, or related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, or training roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and professionalism.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite and intranet systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative communication strategies and training solutions.
  • Knowledge of internal communication best practices, adult learning principles, and instructional design concepts is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • A passion for fostering employee engagement, promoting organizational culture, and driving positive change through effective communication and training.
