- Review and verify all paperwork/deal jackets ensuring all documents are completed accurately.
- Process paperwork in a timely manner.
- Reconcile schedules.
- Ability to post journal entries.
- Post new, used, and wholesale deals to accounting books.
- Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions.
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
- Ability to work in a teamoriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- General Accounting knowledge.
- Automotive title & tag experience preferred.
- Automotive accounting or Ignite (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience preferred.
- Must have at least one (1) year of recent automotive office experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized.
- Ability to multitask in fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including word and excel Reynolds and Reynolds DMS helpful.
