The role:


As a temporary employee (m/f/d) for Shows & Events, you will support the Shows & Events team with all organizational tasks and logistical matters for the Kao Salon Global Experience in Chicago.


This position is a full-time position in Darmstadt until October 31, 2024.

What you will do:


  • Coordination of warehouse materials and event materials as needed (on site and in advance)
  • You coordinate deliveries for the Shows & Events team, including ordering all necessary products and marketing materials.
  • Close cooperation with Supply Chain and the warehouse as well as with other colleagues.
  • Collaboration with external providers (if necessary); creating work orders, issuing orders, etc. within budget guidelines.
  • Coordination of various projects and initiatives, such as the production of certain marketing materials.
  • Identification, recruitment and planning of resources needed for events (personnel, equipment, etc.)
  • Coordination of hotel and flight bookings for guest artists and other third parties needed for shows and events.
