Human Resources - Site Coordinator - Wheeling
Reporting to the Sr.

Human Resources Manager, the HR Coordinator provides coverage of the front office administrative operation and ensures excellent customer service to clients, visitors and staff.

This position will also serve as administrative support to Human Resources and the Leadership team as appropriate, as well as leading and participating in special projects and other duties as directed.

Key Result Accountabilities

  • Coordinate daytoday front office operations which includes reception, phones, mail, administrative support, projects, meeting coordination, etc.
  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to preparing reports, coordinating meetings, collecting data, etc.
  • Oversees the procurement of general office supplies
  • Maintains employee and benefit files, new hire packets and benefit collateral
  • Processes verifications of employment
  • Assists associates with basic inquiries related to benefit programs and other HR related inquiries.
  • Assists with security badges and administration of uniform program
  • Manages billing and vendor related questions
  • Helps coordinate various associate events, activities, or projects including quarterly recognition luncheons
  • Complies with all work rules including those pertaining to safety, health, and quality.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.

Required Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 35 years' experience working within a fastpaced environment with some HR experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with proficiency; Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English; demonstrated success with verbal and written business communications.
  • This individual must have the ability to interface with customer, associates and management at various levels within the organization.
  • Must be detailoriented, organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism, integrity and trust.
  • Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and changing priorities
