RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implementation and completion of training according to the training framework plan Preparation of trainees (m/f/d) for the final exam Participation in the recruitment of trainees Promotion of trainees in the development of technical, methodological and social skills Monitoring compliance with legal framework conditions during vocational training Communication with internal and external contacts Support of training marketing measures (trade fair appearances, visitor groups, etc.) YOUR PROFILE Completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d), industrial electrician (m/f/d), electrical installer (m/f/d) or comparable qualification Ideally further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) Pedagogical skills with qualification AEVO (training aptitude) would be desirable Ideally first experience as a training manager (m/f/d) Strong communication skills WE OFFER For the work A responsible, varied and long-term activity.
