- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers
- Document and communicate business, system, and technical requirements effectively.
- Implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, troubleshoot errors and alarms.
- Deliver industry best practices solutions for business problems.
- Manage multiple complex assignments while meeting quality standards.
- Implement scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance best practices.
- Support and align with the organization's mission, values, and culture.
- Collaborate with Architects, Database Engineers, Business Analysts, and technical staff.
- Adhere to established processes and develop required document deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Experience in ITIL-based Change and Release Management, particularly using ServiceNow.
- 3 years of requirements development and management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expertise in database maintenance, administration, and programming languages.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
- ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
- Strong business ethics and confidentiality.
- Effective stakeholder management and client communication.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Team player with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience providing client support with discretion and diplomacy.
