Be the Architect of Our People Strategy
As our People Operations Business Partner, you'll partner with decision-makers across the organization. You'll help them implement innovative People Operations initiatives that attract top talent, empower employees, and fuel business growth.
Here's a taste of what you'll do:
- Collaborate with leaders to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Craft and implement HR strategies that drive business goals.
- Become a guru on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Navigate employee relations issues with confidence.
- Stay on top of HR trends to keep our company ahead of the curve.
- Discussing business strategies, HR challenges and HR plans that can help the business with senior management and key stakeholders
- Working with management in their business area to make sure employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objective
- Developing plans for recruitment, training, restructuring and succession and helping relevant staff implement them
- Actively participate in the Talent Acquisition Process
- Coach, mentor, and train Peoples Ops Shared Service Team
- Coaching Line Managers on ways to motivate their employees and lead more effectively
- Analyzing human resource metrics and comparing results to key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering as a generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and adapt to change.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Relationship management, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels
- Business management, including financial management and strategic planning
- Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives
- Logic, analytics and problemsolving for evaluating business metrics and determining ways to improve results
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including inclusion and diversity programmes
- Comprehensive understanding of the industry, focus area and business trends
