Sentinel is looking for a help desk agent to assist one of our clients. The ideal candidate would set up new laptops, install software and set up security features on the laptops. This candidate will also be assisting with service desk services when needed. This is a 2-3 month contract reporting onsite to our client location in Deerfield, IL.
Qualifications:We focus on candidates that display our ACE factor Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
