We are currently seeking a candidate to work with our client - an innovation and technology service provider - centrally located in Berlin.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Central point of contact for employees in all ITrelated matters
  • Processing of incoming requests and support issues in the helpdesk/ticket system, including detailed error analysis, resolution, and documentation
  • Provision, installation, and support of hardware and software at workstations
  • Assistance in ensuring the ongoing IT operations
  • Collaboration in the design and optimization of existing service processes
  • Support in IT projects

What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed university degree in computer science or completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in working with helpdesk systems, service processes, and software distribution
  • Knowledge in IT service management (based on ITIL) desirable
  • Strong technical understanding, high service orientation, and teamwork skills
