Job Summary:
Pohanka Chevrolet Chantilly is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of our dealership.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly.

In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
Direct customers to the appropriate department or employee
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate person
Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the dealership
Schedule and confirm appointments for customers
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
Maintain and update customer records in our database
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or receptionist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
