We are currently looking for a Head of Track Maintenance (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Hannover.
Your responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for planning and ensuring cost, schedule, and quality for track maintenance projects
  • You will also supervise construction and quality control at operational sites in the Northern region, with access to a company car for private use
  • You will lead and manage a team of approximately 30 employees in track maintenance, including both operational and academic staff
  • You will be responsible for managing resources such as personnel, materials, machinery, and equipment, as well as procurement services
  • You will oversee material and resource management for various sites and construction projects
  • You will also be the point of contact for competitive bidding for construction services
  • You will coordinate process optimizations and project preparation and execution for drainage projects in collaboration with project engineers from the Northern plant renovation team
