Job Duties Include:

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Utilizing industry contacts and market research to expand the company's client base.
  • Consultative Selling: Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to grasp clients' signage requirements, budget constraints, and branding objectives. Presenting and showcasing our products and services in a compelling manner, positioning them as valuable solutions that drive results.
  • Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing strong, long-standing relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and acting as their trusted advisor for all signage-related matters.
  • Custom Solutions Development: Collaborating with our design and production teams to create tailored signage solutions that align with clients' aesthetic preferences, technical specifications, and branding guidelines.
  • Proposal Preparation and Negotiation: Creating detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs and project requirements. Negotiating terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing company profitability.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software. Continuously monitoring and managing the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
  • Market Insights and Feedback: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities. Providing valuable feedback to internal teams to support product development, marketing strategies, and overall business growth.
  • Collaborating with clients, production, and installation teams to address project issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office products.
  • Strong critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the signage or related industry.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Sound business acumen and the ability to comprehend clients' business objectives.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of sitting and working on a computer for extended periods.
  • Able to lift 20 lbs.

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Job Type

Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
