- Infrastructure Design and Architecture: Create and implement IT infrastructure solutions encompassing network, systems, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Network and System Engineering: Configure and optimize network components, servers, and virtualization platforms to ensure performance and stability.
- Solutions Engineering and Integration: Develop and integrate IT solutions aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security controls and procedures to protect client infrastructure and data.
- Performance Optimization and Monitoring: Monitor infrastructure performance metrics and optimize resources for enhanced system performance.
- Client Consultation and Support: Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expertise and recommendations for infrastructure projects.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management in an MSP environment is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in networking technologies (Fortinet, Ubiquiti), server platforms (Windows, HyperV), cloud services (Azure), and security technologies.
- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python) and familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
