We are looking for YOU A caretaker (m/f/d) in Öhringen.


Responsibilities:
Tenant support in residential and commercial properties with the following tasks:

  • Conducting minor repairs
  • Conducting and documenting inspections
  • Furnishing rooms with furniture, technology, and other materials
  • Lock service
  • Maintenance of outdoor areas, as well as cleaning and disposal tasks
  • Possible errands
  • Creating documentation and reports, possibly transferring them to computer systems

Requirements:

  • Professional experience
  • Driver's license class 3/B + vehicle
