- Guide and develop paint department personnel (robotic technicians, paint techs, etc.).
- Review paint control plan modifications.
- Establish and track performance criteria for paint department activities.
- Develop test procedures for paint procedures.
- Seek out and act on continuous improvement opportunities.
- Participate in APQP planning activities.
- Associates (or Bachelors) Degree in Engineering, Robotics, etc. strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of automotive paint process experience.
- Extensive familiarity with (paint) robotics programming and maintenance.
- 2+ years of supervision/leadership experience.
