Position Summary:
Essential Job Functions:
Chief Legal Officer and Administrative Officer (CLO/CAO) Support:
- Perform administrative functions associated with preparing, executing, tracking, and filing correspondence and documents.
- Perform ad hoc administrative functions as assigned by CLO/CAO.
- Compile contract related data and maintain historical information.
- Store and maintain electronic correspondence.
- Input data necessary for nondisclosure agreement preparation.
- Oversee signature process and document execution within Docusign.
Human Resources Support:
- Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in HR systems.
- Assists HR Director with special projects.
- Assist with other administrative and office management duties as requested.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have at minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Desired/Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with a federal contractor
- Administrative/office work experience.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
Working Conditions:
Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.
Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
