The Direct Sales Trainee is responsible for delivering engaging service presentations to close sales, sign new accounts, and provide quality account support.

The Direct Sales Trainee will receive comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary for delivering compelling sales presentations. This role entails fostering strong, lasting client relationships while providing exceptional support and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

As part of their training, the individual will learn to effectively utilize sales tools and techniques to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.


In the Direct Sales Trainee role, you will:

  • Inform consumers about the products and services we can offer and process sales in a timely and effective manner
  • Upsell products and services based on the consumers' genuine wants and needs
  • Follow up with consumers on the sales that have been processed to ensure a smooth transition through delivery
  • Understand all product knowledge to be able to properly educate the consumer by attending all training and meetings with a studious mindset
  • Interact with consumers and other team members in a friendly and professional manner and always lead with solutions

Direct Sales Trainee Basic Qualifications:


  • 02 years of sales, hospitality, retail, or other related entrylevel experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Open to learning new skills
  • Have reliable transportation

Pay:
$48, $58,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Long Island, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
