SUMMARY OF JOB:
Hospice Office Coordinator supports all facets of the Hospice Program including but not limited to timely invoice payments, reconciliation of accounts and other administrative responsibilities.
The position frequently collaborates with our Home Care and Hospice leadership, Finance department, vendors, patients and families and other members of the organization to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum 5 year experience within healthcare setting preferred.
Minimum 3 years data entry/billing/insurance experience.
Competent in navigating all computer programs utilized including MicroSoft Office, Enclara, Flagship
Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
Maintains a professional demeanor and is a strong team leader. Ability to work independently and efficiently under strict deadlines.
