Your tasks

Organize construction sites_

Use computerized systems for construction site preparation
Set up construction sites, taking into account time planning and efficient use of personnel and resources
Organize material delivery, storage, and transport
Plan and implement quality assurance measures
Communicate with all parties involved in the construction, especially clients and authorities
Document construction progress
Dismantle construction sites, including organizing the removal of materials and machinery

Lead construction processes in civil engineering_

Conduct location and elevation measurements, evaluate measurement reports
Plan and supervise the selection and use of construction machinery according to the chosen construction method
Monitor work performance, ensure smooth and timely completion
Actively participate in civil engineering work, while leading and directing a team
Control the quality of construction work
Ensure measures for occupational safety, environmental protection, and health protection

Lead employees, promote their professional development and qualification
Provide technical guidance to employees, take on training responsibilities on construction sites
Apply conflict resolution methods
