Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering telephones, scheduling patient appointments, and directing calls to appropriate areas.
- Greeting patients, checking in/ out in the clinic as necessary.
- Data entry, patient recall and general clerical duties.
Requirements:
- Customer service and phone etiquette are a must.
- EMR experience and familiarity with various insurance companies helpful.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
