    **Description**

    Our **Cook** responsibilities include some of the following:

    Preparing and serving delicious meals that include breakfast, meats, vegetables and soups to the clients and staff on a daily basis.

    Able to follow therapeutic diet menus and recipes and instruct dietary assistants as needed in the preparation of the meals.

    Test food to ensure appropriate temperature levels, quality of food, and able to store the food appropriately too.

    Observe infection control practices required for a commercial kitchen.

    Always promote an atmosphere of teamwork.

    Please apply if you have the following qualifications for a Mental Health Technician:

    **Education**: High School Degree or equivalent.

    **Experience**: At least one (1) year preferred cooking experience in a commercial kitchen preferably in a healthcare setting.

    **Additional Requirements**: Willing to follow a flexible working scheduled as needed that includes the weekends

    **Schedule**: Able to work 4:30a to 12p
