Description

Part-time position, working 20 hours per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares and submits activity statistical reports. Generate computer reports.
Establishes, updates, and maintains information retrieval systems tracking systems.
Gathers, organizes, and summarizes a variety of data and information. Maintains and updates computer files and databases.
Performs special projects and prepares reports; prepares correspondence, informational material, and documents. Function with all components of the Microsoft Office suite, word processing and operates office equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to:
Read building plans and surveys preferred.

Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience:
One (1) year experience in related field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three (3) years of responsible fast-paced office support work performing a variety of clerical, customer service, problem solving, technical and administrative or technical duties preferred.
