Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for Team Leader (Manufacturing Janitorial) in Madison, Alabama.

Shift:
1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30 pm 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:30 am Overtime may be required
Pay Rate:
$18.50 per hr
Paid Weekly Job Duties:
Responsible for leading team members Responsible for monitoring KPI's for respective teams Transporting trash and waste to appropriate disposal areas Operation of commercial pressure washing equipment Large machinery cleaning Other duties as needed Requirements: Proven team leadership in a warehouse setting Supervisory experience - overseeing staff 2+ years of warehouse janitorial experience preferred Valid and current driver's license or ID and reliable transportation Must be able to pass pre-screening criminal background check and drug test Completion of Safety Training is required prior to assignment Must be able to attend early morning orientation and training prior to assigned shift Integrity, Great Attitude and Work Ethic We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer If interested, please send your resume to CESGLOW1
